While if you show up at a fashionably late time, you're looking at somewhat of a long line, the bouncers aren't going to deny you access as long as you're ID shows that you're 21. Hula Hank's is one of the more popular clubs for Yale students and overall is usually a really fun time.

The club is big enough that you can move around comfortably and get drinks at a reasonable speed. The music is a good mix and they sometimes sport theme nights that can be fun. Their Halloween dance party night was a good time when I went there a few years ago. Overall, no real complaints about Hula Hank's, but it's nothing too special.
